Abstract
The paper analyzes the constitutionality of legally imposing Adequate Methods of Conflict Resolution (ADR) as a procedural requirement in civil proceedings, and whether the omission of this requirement can be remedied without violating the fundamental right to effective judicial protection (art. 24 CE).
