The Notarial College of Catalonia founded the journal La Notaría in 1858. Since then, and for more than 160 years, its publication has been continuously maintained. In it, distinguished jurists have published their reflections, commented on current legal issues-especially focusing on Catalonia’s civil law-and reported on the legal, social, and corporate developments of each era.
